Processing Time
• Orders are processed within 2-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or handmade items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Standard Shipping: 3 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders must be placed before 3PM EST)
• We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipping Locations
• We currently ship Worldwide.
• Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted areas at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
